Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
My Therapy Services Ltd

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps My Therapy Services Ltd has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in our business and supply chains.

Our Commitment

My Therapy Services Ltd is committed to ensuring that modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation have no place in our business operations or supply chains. We take a zero-tolerance approach and strive to act ethically and with integrity in all our relationships.

Our Business and Supply Chains

My Therapy Services Ltd provides professional occupational therapy services, supporting individuals with sensory, motor, and functional challenges. While our direct operations primarily involve healthcare professionals, we acknowledge our responsibility to ensure that any third-party suppliers we engage with adhere to ethical labour practices.

Policies and Due Diligence

To uphold our commitment, we have implemented the following measures:

– Employee Awareness & Training: Our staff receive training on recognising and reporting concerns related to modern slavery and human trafficking.

– Whistleblowing Policy: We encourage employees and external parties to report any concerns related to unethical or illegal practices, including modern slavery.

Risk Assessment and Monitoring

We regularly review our processes to identify risks and strengthen our approach to tackling modern slavery. Where necessary, we work with suppliers to improve their policies or take action to discontinue relationships with non-compliant entities.
