Meet the team

Manisha is the Founder and Managing Director of My Therapy Services. She qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 2003 and holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Sensory Integration. With a strong background in paediatrics, she has worked across hospitals, schools, community clinics, care homes, and private practice, building trusted relationships with local authorities, schools, and families.

Her clinical expertise includes supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, emotional regulation needs, mental health challenges, and delayed developmental milestones. She also has experience in fine and gross motor difficulties, functional rehabilitation, and equipment provision.

As a Sensory Integration Practitioner, Manisha uses sensory-based approaches to promote regulation, participation, and wellbeing in children with complex needs. She regularly contributes to EHCP processes and is passionate about making occupational therapy both accessible and impactful for children, families, and schools.

Manisha leads a growing team of Occupational Therapists and is committed to delivering high-quality, neuro-affirming care across settings. She also provides clinical supervision and training to schools and professionals, helping to build confidence and capacity in sensory-informed, child-centred practice. Her leadership is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a drive to create meaningful impact for the families and services she supports.

Sheetal is a Specialist Paediatric Occupational Therapist who qualified in 2005. She has worked extensively with children and young people aged 0–18 across a range of settings, including special schools, hospitals, outpatient clinics, and within the community.

Her clinical expertise includes supporting children with autism, ADHD, sensory processing difficulties, intellectual disabilities, muscular atrophies, and fine and gross motor challenges. She also has experience in assessing and supporting children with retained primitive reflexes and provides advice around equipment-based solutions, major adaptations, and moving and handling needs. Sheetal takes a holistic, functional approach—using clinical observation and assessment to guide meaningful, goal-focused intervention.

She uses sensory-informed strategies to support regulation and participation in everyday life and regularly contributes to EHCP processes in collaboration with school staff and families. Collaboration is central to her practice, and she has worked closely with multidisciplinary teams throughout her career, including speech and language therapists, educational psychologists, physiotherapists, and specialist teachers.

Sheetal contributes her knowledge, insight, and calm approach to the team and is dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for every child she works with.

Zareen joined My Therapy Services in 2023, bringing together her background in education and her degree in Accounting and Finance to support the day-to-day running of the service. She has previously worked as a Teaching Assistant in a local primary school and has a strong understanding of the needs of families and children.

She is the first point of contact for referral queries from local authorities and supports communication between the team, external professionals, and families. Holly joined My Therapy Services in 2022 as a Therapy Administrator, supporting the team with client coordination and behind-the-scenes operations. She is often the first point of contact for families and professionals, gathering key referral information and ensuring each enquiry is directed to the appropriate Occupational Therapist.

With a background in caring for families as a Funeral Director, Holly brings warmth, empathy, and professionalism to her role. She plays a key role in welcoming families to the service and ensuring they feel supported from the very first conversation.

Holly works closely with the clinical team and handles all enquiries with care and discretion. She enjoys building positive relationships with families and helping make the referral process as smooth as possible.

Caroline qualified as a Social Worker in 2006 and has since worked in both statutory and independent settings, supporting families through a wide range of social, emotional and neurodevelopmental needs. Over time, their work naturally evolved to focus more therapeutically, offering space for parents and carers to feel heard, understood and empowered.

At My Therapy Services, Caroline provides specialist support to the parents and carers of the children we work with. Their practice draws on counselling theory—particularly person-centred, solution-focused and systemic family therapy—alongside body-based strategies that promote nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing.

Grounded in the social model of disability, Caroline’s work is shaped by neuro-affirming, anti-oppressive and culturally sensitive values. As a qualified yoga teacher, they also integrate trauma-informed movement and mindfulness where appropriate.

Caroline brings lived experience as a neurodivergent parent of neurodivergent children, which informs their flexible, compassionate and practical approach. Sessions are offered online, at home or in calming natural spaces such as woods or near water, depending on what suits each family best.

Support includes reflective space to explore emotions, process experiences and feel heard, as well as practical guidance around family life, school systems, anxiety or navigating services.

Caroline is committed to helping parents and carers feel more confident, supported and connected—both to themselves and to the children in their care.
